Granville Island Fishing Report, April 23
We had a great morning yesterday with a good number of bites and some really nice fish. We left Granville Island at 730 am and headed out to the south end of Bowen Island. The water was nice and the sun was shining. We were into fish right away landing a nice 15 pounder only a few minutes into the trip. The bites continued to be consistent for the next few hours with a mixture of undersize and legal fish hitting the gear. We fished till noon happy with our morning. We landed a couple real nice legal fish and a few undersize. We also missed a couple good fish! We had all of our bites on anchovies between 80 and 120 feet.
